Jade

My name is jade, I am 12 years old and I have been a young carer for 7 months. Some parts of being a young carer are difficult and stressful but other parts are okay. Going to young careers gives me a break from the stress and difficult things at home.

This is my first day at young careers revolution and i have learned about the campaign they're making and it has been quiet fun. today they are taking photographs for a campaign they are making to show what it is like being a young career. It has been really good to get involved, i have took some photographs and thought of ideas to help the campaign. The photos are going to be put on posters which we will be designing next time.

working with Jim-bob the photographer has been good because i have had the chance to use the cameras and take the pictures and i didn't realize how heavy the professional cameras are!!

I think i will come along to the rest of the groups. :)
