Well, today was very emotional. We started out by drawing out a timeline of our lives and the events that we feel are an important part of our lives.
We shared the timelines to the group; which was very emotional and resulted in a lot of smudged make up.
After a breather to sort ourselves out we sat down to start the poetry. We started out writing a haiku; which was really funny. After this we moved on to describing ourselves; which was quite difficult.
Then we moved onto writing a poem about being a young carer and how it feels.
The day was very emotional but I think it brought us all closer as a group.
